Evaluation of the Development Potential of Urban Underground Space Using Set Pair Analysis and the Comprehensive Weight Method

Recently, a series of urban diseases have seriously impacted the development large and medium cities. The underground space (UUS) is widely regarded as an effective solution. Due to irreversibility resources, it important formulate scientific reasonable planning based on evaluation potential (DPUUS). In this work, from perspective society, economy, environment, model DPUUS was established, nine indexes were selected, including population density, vehicle possessive quantity per 100 capita, policy support, GDP km2, land price, geographical position, geological conditions, natural disasters. comprehensive weight method (CWM) combined with subjective objective weights used determine final index. Set pair analysis (SPA) credible degree recognition criterion (CDRC) applied grade each city, which can provide new idea for DPUUS.
